Shipping policy

All orders will be processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and official holidays). Orders placed on weekends, holidays or during big sales (Black Friday, Christmas, Halloween) will be processed on the next working day, processing time may extend 2–3 extra days due to high order volume. Customized, engraved, pre-order items require an extra 3–7 business days for production before shipment.

We ship worldwide from our warehouse in China. Delivery time counts from the day the tracking number is generated.
